At the heart of the home is a Lutron HomeWorks lighting and shading system spanning every floor, a whole-home Sonos audio system, and a reference-grade home theater built around a ~130" video wall. A Control4 controller ties it all together, while enterprise UniFi networking and Starlink keep everything online and fast.
